General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the registration services and event ticketing system provided by BES Production Sdn Bhd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering for or purchasing a ticket to any of our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Definitions

    • Event refers to any event, exhibition, seminar, or program organized by BES Production Sdn Bhd.
    • Registrant or You refers to any person or party registering for or attending our Event.
    • Platform refers to our registration or ticketing system, including any third-party platforms used for payment collection.

  2. Registration & Payment

    • All registrations must be completed via our designated platform and accompanied by full payment unless otherwise stated.
    • Payment is processed securely through Billplz or other authorized third-party payment gateways. We do not store or access your payment card details.
    • All ticket prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive/exclusive of SST where applicable (based on event type).
    • Confirmation of registration will be sent via email upon successful payment.

  3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

    • All purchases are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by BES Production Sdn Bhd.
    • If an event is cancelled or postponed, you will be offered either:
      • A full refund, or
      • The option to transfer your ticket to the new date or a future event.
    • No refunds will be given for no-shows or voluntary cancellations.

  4. Ticket Usage

    • Each ticket is valid for one (1) individual only unless stated otherwise.
    • Tickets must be presented digitally or in print at the event registration counter.
    • Ticket transfers are allowed only with prior written notice and approval by BES Production.

  5. Event Changes

    • We reserve the right to modify event content, speakers, schedule, or venue without prior notice.
    • Every effort will be made to notify participants in advance of any changes.

  6. Attendee Conduct

    • Attendees must behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
    • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who displays disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior without refund.

  7. Photography, Recording & Media

    • Events may be recorded, photographed, or streamed.
    • By attending, you consent to the use of your image, voice, or likeness in post-event materials, promotions, or future communications by BES Production.

  8. Personal Data Protection

    • We collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
    • By registering, you agree to the processing and use of your data for purposes related to the event, communication, and compliance.

  9. Limitation of Liability

    • BES Production Sdn Bhd is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by attendees at our events.
    • We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services including payment processors.

  10. Force Majeure

    • We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, pandemic, war, government restrictions, or power failure.

  11. Governing Law

    • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
    • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
