Return / Refund Policy

This Return / Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested or issued for event registrations, exhibition booth fees, or ticket purchases made through BES Production Sdn Bhd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering for our events or purchasing any tickets via our designated platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. All Sales Are Final

    All ticket sales, registration fees, and exhibitor payments are non-refundable, except under the specific circumstances listed below.

  2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

    BES Production Sdn Bhd may act as an event organizer or service provider on behalf of event owners or clients. As such, decisions regarding event cancellation or postponement are at the sole discretion of the event owner.

    • In the event that the event owner cancels the event, we will facilitate any refund process as instructed and approved by the event owner.
    • If the event is postponed, your ticket or registration may be transferred to the rescheduled date, subject to the decision of the event owner. If you are unable to attend the new date, refund eligibility will depend on the terms set by the event owner. BES Production shall not be held liable for any loss or refund unless otherwise stated by the event owner. Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 30 working days upon confirmation.

  3. Change of Mind / No-Show

    No refund will be provided for:

    • Personal change of mind or scheduling conflict
    • No-shows on the event day
    • Incorrect email or registration details provided during checkout

  4. Name or Ticket Transfer

    Ticket or registration transfers may be permitted on a case-by-case basis, subject to the nature of the event and the policies set by the event owner.

    • Any request to transfer must be made in writing to us at least 7 working days before the event, and must include full details of the replacement attendee.
    • Approval of the transfer is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of BES Production and/or the event owner.
    • An administrative fee may apply for processing any transfer, where applicable.

  5. Exhibitor / Vendor Participation

    • Booth reservation fees are non-refundable once confirmed, except in the case of event cancellation as determined by the event owner or organizer.
    • If the event is cancelled by the event owner or client, BES Production will facilitate any refund or credit process as instructed and approved by the event owner.
    • In the event of postponement, booth bookings may be transferred to the new date, subject to availability and confirmation from the event owner.
    • BES Production shall not be held liable for any losses or refund claims arising from changes, cancellations, or postponements beyond our control.

  7. Transaction Fees

    All approved refunds may be subject to administrative or transaction charges (e.g. third-party payment gateway fees), unless the cancellation is initiated by BES Production.

  8. Payment Gateway Responsibility

    Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Billplz. BES Production Sdn Bhd does not retain or have access to your card or banking information.
